Sherryl has braved the Melbourne weather and joined us from Hamilton Island where she was posted as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of a 5 star Hamilton Island Resort. Sherryl can attribute her current skills to 11 years of industry experience working for a range of restaurants in Melbourne, Queensland and Tasmania. Sherryl is quality focused, believes in service with a smile and is committed to creating a memorable experience for all Willows guests.

Douglas McPheat Head Chef
Doug has extensive background in 5 Star Hotels as well as leading restaurants throughout Australia. Doug has had participated in competition cookery at the Novotel, Sofitel & Hilton and has achieved Bronze Medals for Menu Innovation & Execution. He was also involved in live cooking classes before moving onto The Athenaeum Club. Doug is passionate about fresh local produce and enjoys cooking with exquisite seafood and free range meat. A seasoned professional and chef, Doug has cooked with the likes of Cheong Lew, Jamie Oliver & Jacque Raymond and is most proud of the opportunity to continue creating sensational food with a view to producing a truly unforgettable Willows experience.
