Aaron and Estelle Lewis acquired The Willows in 2002. As proprietors, their entrepreneurial flair and passion for fine cuisine has found a home, and The Willows is thriving in their exciting new chapter in it’s history.
Aaron Lewis A chef by trade, Aaron has had 22 years experience in hospitality. From his apprenticeship training at the exclusive Riverside Lodge in New Zealand, Aaron’s career has lead him to roles such as Chef de Cuisine of a five start hotel and restaurant in Port Douglas, Executive Sous Chef at the Melbourne Art Centre and Head Chef for the Metro Hotel.

Estelle Lewis
When Estelle & Aaron joined The Willows they had been married only recently themselves. Estelle saw The Willows as the perfect wedding venue and has since been responsible for tripling the number of weddings celebrated at The Willows in the past few years. Estelle’s background in human resources, national contract management and sales has provided her with a wealth of experience in the service industry and she brings to The Willows a desire and passion to expand the event business further.
