Andre commenced his Traineeship at Crown Casino Melbourne and embarked on a diverse hospitality background including a la carte food & beverage, hotel management and resorts. Well travelled, Andre worked in Alice Springs at Lasseters Resort, The Prince of Wales & Riverside before returning back to Melbourne to join The Willows. With sound leadership exposure, Andre has extensive F&B and Event experience.

With experience in a la carte fine dining, banquets and weddings, Mark is well rounded kitchen professional with nearly a decade of culinary exposure. Before join the team at The Willows, Mark worked at Joondalup Luxury Resort in WA.
